How to Initiate a Return

Include your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.

Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a shipping address.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or there was a fulfillment error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
