At YAHWEH DEPT. customer satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process within 14 days of receiving your order.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Items marked as non-returnable at checkout


How to Initiate a Return

  2. Include your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.

  3. Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a shipping address.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or there was a fulfillment error.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
